S.R.O. 478(I)/2004.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 30 and 31 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R. O. 1160(I)/96, dated 6th October, 1996, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the TABLE, in S. No. 3 in column (1), in column (2), after the word “Tax”, the words “and Central Excise” shall be inserted.
This notification shall come into force with effect from the 1st July, 2004.
