(SALES TAX)

 

 

S.R.O. 477(I)/2004.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), and section 30 and 31 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased direct that the following amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 41(I)/2000, dated the 1^st February, 2000, namely:-

 

In the aforesaid Notification, in the Schedule, against S. No. 12 in column (1), in column (2), the words “and Central Excise” shall be omitted.
