S.R.O. 393 (I)/2003 – In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17 of the drugs act 1976 (XXXI of 1976), and in suppression of the Division’s Notifications No. S.R.O. 873 (I) /92, dated 9^th august, 1992 and No. S.R.O. 226 (I)/95 , dated 21^st March, 1995, the competent authority is pleased to appoint the following persons to be the Federal Inspector of Drugs for the purpose of the said Act for the areas of their jurisdiction mentioned against each namely:-

2. The Federal inspector of Drugs appointed as aforesaid shall also exercise powers under clause (f) to clause (i) of sub-section (1) of section 18 of the Drugs Act, 1976.
