NOTIFICATION
Islamabad, the 13th September, 1980
No. F. 42(I)/79-A.- In exercise of the powers conferred
by section 31 of the Drugs Act, 1976 (XXXI of 1976), and in supersession of this
Division’s Notification No. F. 42(I)/79-A, dated the 29th July,
1979, the Federal Government is pleased to appoint Mr. Atta Mohammad Kazi, Special Judge
(Central), Karachi, to be the Chairman, Drug Court, Karachi, established by this
Division’s Notification No. F. 40(I)/76-AI, dated the 7th
April, 1979, with effect from 13th September, 1980, and to direct that the following
amendment shall be made in the aforesaid Notification, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, for paragraph 1 the following shall be substituted,
namely:-
"1. Mr. Atta Mohammad Kazi, Special Judge (Central), Karachi, who shall be the
Chairman of the Drug Court."
