Islamabad, the 2nd August, 1979
No. F. 40(I)/76-AI.- In exercise of the powers conferred
by sub-section (1) of section 31 of the Drugs Act, 1976 (XXXI of 1976), the Federal
Government is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in this
Ministry’s Notification No. F. 40(1)/76-AI, dated 7th April,
1979, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, for entry 2 the following shall be substituted, namely:-
