S.R.O. 965(I)/79.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (vi) of Clause (g)
of section 3 of the Drugs Act, 1976 (XXXI of 1976), the Federal Government is pleased to
declare Royal Jelly and preparations of Ginseng in all forms to be drugs for
the purposes of the said act.

(i) Infant formula; and
(ii) infant food."

S.R.O. 324(I)/94.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (vi) of clause (g)
of section 3 of the Drugs Act, 1976 (XXXI of 1976), the Federal Government is pleased to
declare the following articles to be drug for the purposes of this Act, namely:-
(i) Disposable syringes; and
(ii) disposable sets for collection or transfusion of blood or giving any infusion.
2. This notification shall take effect on the 15th day of July, 1994.

(5) Oxygenator with accessories.
(6) Rashkind Occluder.
(7) Stents (for angioplasty).
(8) Cine Angiography film.
(9) Disposable Angiography electrodes.

following substances to be drug for the purpose of this Act, namely:-
(i) Heart pace maker;
(ii) Heart valves;
(iii) Prosthesis for arthroplasty;
(iv) Angioplasty balloon with accessories;
(v) Atherectomy instruments;
(vi) Cardiac catheters, alongwith guidewire;
(vii) Inone balloon;
(viii) Oxygenator with accessories;
(ix) Rashkind occluder;
(x) Stents for angioplasty;
(xi) Cine angiography film;
(xii) Disposable angiography electrodes; and
(xiii) Blood glucose meter.
