No. F. 42(I)/AII.- In exercise of the powers conferred
by sub-section (1) of section 31 of the Drugs Act, 1976 (XXXI of 1976), the Federal
Government is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in this
Ministry’s Notification No. 49(1)/76-AI, dated the 7th April,
1979, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, for entry 2 the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"2. Professor Dr. Abdus Salam Chohan,
Professor of Pharmacology and
Theraputics, J.P.M.C., B.M.S.I, Karachi".
