S.R.O. 538(I)/2000.-- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17 of the Drugs Act, 1976 (XXXI of 1976), and in supersession of this Division’s Office Order No. NA-II. 14/18/85, dated the 15th July, 1986, the Federal Government is pleased to appoint Mr. Kifayatullah Khan to be the Federal Inspector of Drugs for the purposes of the said Act, for the territory of Northern Areas, with effect from the 15th July, 1986.
