Islamabad, the 11th October, 2000
S. R. O. 731 (1)/2000.-- In exercise
of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Drugs Act, 1976, (XXXI of 1976),
Federal Government, is pleased to fix twenty-four rupees seventy-five paisas
(Rs.24.75) to be the maximum retail price of the drug Dry Cough Syrup (Registration
No. 020187), in one hundred twenty millilitre (120ml) bottle packing, manufactured
by M/s. Dr. Raza Pharma, Peshawar,
