No. F. 40(I)/76-Al.- In exercise of the powered
conferred by section 31 of the Drugs Ordinance, 1976 (IV of 1976), the Federal Government
is pleased to establish, for the Provinces of Baluchistan and Sindh, a Drug Court
consisting of:-
(1) Mr. Justice Z.A. Chana, Judge, Sindh and Baluchistan High Court, who shall be the
Chairman;
(2) Professor Fazal Elahi, Professor of Surgery, Dow Medical College, Karachi; and
(3) Professor Abdul Hameed, Professor of Pharmacology, Dow Medical College, Karachi;
and to direct that the said Drug Court shall sit at Karachi.
