S.R.O. 847(I)/76.- In exercise of the powers conferred by the second proviso to rule 3 of the Drugs (Federal Inspectors, Federal Drug Laboratories and Federal Government Analysts) Rules, 1976, the Federal Government is pleased to appoint the following persons to be ex-officio Federal Inspectors for the whole of Pakistan to exercise the power mentioned against each, namely:-

1. Chairman, Quality Control Authority, Ministry of Health, Government of Pakistan.
2. Deputy Director General (Pharmacy)/Drugs Controller, Ministry of Health, Government of Pakistan.	All powers of the Inspector.
3. All Deputy Drugs Controllers, Ministry of Health, Government of Pakistan.
4. All Assistant Drugs Controllers, Government of Pakistan.
5. Vice-Chairman, Quality Control Authority, Ministry of Health, Government of Pakistan.
6. All Professors and Assistant Professors of Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre, Karachi.	Powers under clauses (b), (c) and (d) of sub-section (1) of Section 18 of the Drugs Act, 1976.
7. Medical Superintendent, Central Government Poly Clinic, Islamabad.
8. Medical Superintendent, Central Government Hospital, Rawalpindi.
