S.R.O. 81(I)/97.- In exercise of the powers conferred by
section 36 of the Drugs act, 1976 (XXXI of 1976), the Federal Government, being of the
opinion that the public interest so requires, is pleased to exempt, the drugs manufactured
with the prior permission of the Federal Government, for export, excluding psychotropic
and narcotic drugs, from the provision of sub-clause (vii) of clause (a) of sub-section
(1) of section 23 of the said Act for a period of 3 years, with immediate effect.
