No. F. 42(1)/79-A.- In exercise of the powers conferred
by section 31 of the Drugs Act, 1976 (XXXI of 1976), the Federal Government is pleased to
appoint Professor Mohammad Amin, Professor of Pharmacy, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of
the Punjab, Lahore, to be a Member o the Drug Court, Lahore, established through this
Ministry’s Notification No. F. 40(1)/76-AI, dated the 1st
April, 1976, and to direct that the following amendment shall be made in the aforesaid
Notification, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, for entry no. (2) the following shall be substituted,
namely:-
"(2) Professor Mohammad Amin, Professor of Pharmacy, Faculty of Pharmacy, University
of the Punjab, Lahore."
