S.R.O. 756(I)/92.- In exercise of the powers conferred
by sub-section (iv) of clause (g) of section 3 of the Drugs Act, 1976, (XXXI of 1976), the
Federal Government is pleased to declare the following substances to be drug for the
purpose of this Act, namely:-
"(i) Infant formula; and
(ii) infant food."
