S.R.O. 731(I)/86.- In exercise of the powers conferred
by section 16 of the Drugs Act, 1976 (XXXI of 1976), the Federal Government is pleased to
appoint Dr. F.R.Y. Fazli Director, Central Drugs Laboratory, Karachi to be the Federal
Government Analyst for the whole of Pakistan and in respect of all drugs.
