S.R.O. 709(I)/77.- In exercise of the powers conferred
by sub-section (iv) of section 9 of the Drugs Act, 1976, the Federal Government is pleased
to direct that Dr. F.R.Y. Fazil, Ex-Chairman, Quality Control Authority ceased to be the
member of the Appellate Board constituted under the said act and Mr. Sabihuddin Ahmad,
Deputy Drugs Controller is appointed member of the said Appellate Board with immediate
effect.
