No. F. 31(1)/87-AII.- In exercise of the powers
conferred by section 31 of the Drugs Act, 1976 (XXXI of 1976), and in supersession of this
Division’s Notification No. F. 31(1)/87-AII, dated the
10th September, 1988, the Federal Government is pleased to appoint Mr. Nazim Hussain
Siddiqi, Presiding Officer, Special Court (Banking), Karachi, to be the Chairman, Drug
Court, Karachi, established by this Division’s Notification No. F.
40(1)/76-AI, dated the 7th April, 1979, with immediate effect, and to direct that the
following amendment shall be made in the aforesaid Notification namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, for paragraph 1, the following shall be substituted
namely:-
"1. Nasim Hussain Siddiqi, presiding Officer, Special Court (Banking), Karachi, who
shall be the Chairman of the Drug Court, Karachi."
