NOTIFICATION
Islamabad, the 6th November, 1980
No. F. 42(I)/79-A.- In exercise of the powers conferred
by section 31 of the Drugs Act, 1976 (XXXI of 1976), and in supersession of this
Division’s Notification No. F. 42(I)/79-A, dated the 13th
September, 1980, the Federal Government is pleased to appoint Mr. Ahmad Ali U. Qureshi to
be the Chairman, Drug Court, Karachi established by this Division’s Notification No. F. 40(I)/76-AI, dated the 7th April, 1979, with effect from the 1st
November, 1980, and to direct that the following amendment shall be made in the aforesaid
Notification, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, for paragraph 1 the following shall be substituted,
namely:-
"1. Mr. Ahmad Ali U. Qureshi who shall be the Chairman of the Drug Court,
Karachi."
