NOTIFICATIONS
Islamabad, the 14th December, 1982
No. F. 42(I)/79-A.- In exercise of the powers conferred
by section 31 of the Drug Act, 1976 (XXXI of 1976), and in supersession of this
Division’s Notification No. F. 42(I)/79-A, dated the 6th
November, 1980, the Federal Government is pleased to appoint Mr. Wajahat Hussain Siddiqui
to be the Chairman, Drug Court, Karachi, established by this Division’s Notification No. F. 40(I)/76-AI, dated the 7th April, 1979, with effect from the
date he joins his duties as such, and to direct that the following amendment shall be made
in the aforesaid Notification, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, for paragraph 1 the following shall be substituted,
namely:-
"1. Mr. Wajahat Hussain Siddiqui, Special Judge (Anti-corruption), Hyderabad, who
shall be the Chairman of the Drug Court, Karachi.
