S.R.O. 349(I)/87.- In exercise of the powers conferred
by section 17 of the Drugs Act 1976 (XXX 1 of 1976) the Federal Government is pleased to
appoint the following persons to be Federal Inspector for the purpose of this Act for the
whole of Pakistan:-
(1) Mr. Ali Akbar Sial,
Federal Inspector,
Karachi.
(2) Mr. Ghayoor Abbas,
Federal Inspector,
Karachi.
The Federal Inspectors appointed as aforesaid shall also exercise powers under clause f to
j of the section 18 of the Drugs Act, 1976.
