GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN
No. F. 31 (3)/91-A-III (Vol-II).- In exercise of the
powers conferred by section 31 of the Drugs Act, 1976 (XXXI of 1975), the Federal
Government is pleased to make the following further amendment in the Ministry of Law,
Justice, Human Rights and Parliamentary Affairs Notification No. F. 40
(1)/76-A. I, dated the 7th April, 1979, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, for entry 1 the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"Mr. Jehangir S. Bhatti District and Sessions Judge, who shall be the Chairman of the
Drug Court, Karachi."
