No. F. 31 (1)/89-AII.- In exercise of the powers
conferred by sub-section (1) of section 31 of the Drugs Act, 1976 (XXXI of 1976), the
Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in this
Division’s Notification No. F. 42 (1)/83-AII, dated the 16th
April, 1984, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, for entry 3 the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"3. Prof. Abdul Ghaffar Arbab, Professor of Clinical Pharmacology, Postgraduate
Medical Institute, Lady Reading Hospital, Peshawar, Member."
2. The appointment of Prof. Abdul Ghaffar Arbab as Member, Drug Court, shall be on
part-time basis for a period of three years from the date be assumes charge as Member,
Drug Court.
