No. F. 42(1)/83-AII.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 31 of the Drugs Act, 1976 (XXXI of 1976), and in supersession of this Division’s Notification No. F. 42 (1)/83-AII, dated the 20th March, 1983, the Federal Government is pleased to appoint Mr. Ausaf Ali Khan to be the Chairman, Drug Court, Lahore, with immediate effect. (10.09.84).
