No. F. 42(I)/83-AII. - In exercise of the powers conferred by
section 31 of the drug act, 1976 (XXXI of 1976). and in supersession of this Division's
Notification No. F.42(I)/79-A. dated the 7th December, 1980 the Federal
Government is pleased to appoint Mr. Mohammad Islam Bhatti to be the Chairman, Drug Court,
Lahore, with Immediately effect.
