No. F. 31(1)/87-AII.- In exercise o the powers conferred
by section 31 of the Drugs Act, 1976 (XXXI of 1976), the Federal Government is pleased to
direct that the following amendment shall be made in this Ministry’s Notification No. F. 42 (1)/83-AII, dated the 16th April, 1984, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, for entry No. 1 the following shall be substituted,
namely:-
"1. Mr. Jawaid Nawaz Khan Gandapur, Special Judge (Customs, Taxation and
Anti-smuggling), Peshawar, Chairman."
