No. F. 42 (1)/83-AII (A).- In exercise of the powers
conferred by section 31 of the Drugs Act, 1976 (XXXI of 1976), the Federal Government is
pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in this Ministry’s
Notification No. F. 40(1)/76-AI (A), dated the 1st April, 1976,
namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, for the words "Provinces of North-West Frontier
and" the words "province of" shall be substituted.
