No. F. 40 (I)/76-AI (A). - In exercise of
the powers conferred by section 31 of the Drugs Ordinance, 1976 (IV of 1976), the federal
Government is pleased to establish, for the provinces of north-west Frontier and the
punjab, a Drug Court consisting of-
(1) Mr. Mohammad Afzal Khan, Lahore who shall be the chairman;
(2) Professor Syed Ali Raza Gardezi, Professor of Surgery, King Edward Medical College
Lahore ; and
and to direct that the said Drug Court shall sit at Lahore.
