S.R.O. 1285 (I)/99.-- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Drugs Act, 1976 (XXXI of 1976), the Federal Government is pleased to rescind this Ministry’s Notification issued vide S.R.O. No. 972 (I)/99, dated 28th August, 1999 with immediate effect.
