THE GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN

S.R.O. 112(I)/78.- In exercise of powers conferred by
section 36 of the Drugs Act, 1976 (XXXI of 1976), the Federal Government being of the
opinion that the public interest so requires, is pleased to exempt Elastic Adhesive
Bandages from the provision of section 7 of the said Act for six months, subject to the
condition that the same shall be manufactured or imported with the prior approval of the
Director General, Health, Government of Pakistan.
