S.R.O. 1090(I)/92.- In exercise of the powers conferred
by section 36 of the Drugs Act, 1976 (XXXI of 1976), the Federal Government, being of the
opinion that the public interest so requires, is pleased to exempt the drugs specified
below from operation of the provisions of the said Act, except sections 24 and 25; till
further orders, namely:-
(i) Infant formula; and
(ii) Infant food.
