by Sub-section (IV) of section 9 of the Drugs Act, 1976, the Federal Government is pleased
to appoint Malik Lehrasap Khan, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Law and Parliamentary Affairs
(Law Division) as Member Appellate Board, constituted under the said Act, vice Mr. S.A.
Nizami, Joint Secretary (Law Division) with immediate effect.
