No. F. 48(7)/80-AII (A).-- In exercise fo the powers
conferred by section 24 of the Modaraba Companies and Modaraba (Floatation and Control)
Ordinance, 1980 (XXXI of 1980) and in continuation of this Divisions Notification
No. F. 48 (7)/80-AII, dated the 27th May, 1997, the Federal Government is pleased to
constitute a Modaraba Tribunal, for a further period of three years, consisting of the
Judge, Banking Court-I, Karachi, to try all class of cases under the said Ordinance within
the Province of Sindh.
No. F. 48(7)/80-AII (B).-- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the
Modaraba Companies and Modaraba (Floatation and Control) Ordinance, 1980 (XXXI of 1980)
and in continuation of this Divisions Notification No. F. 48 (7)/80-AII (B), dated
the 27th May, 1997, the Federal Government is pleased to constitute a Modaraba Tribunal,
for a further period of three years, consisting of the Judge, Banking Court-I, Peshawar,
to try all class of cases under the said Ordinance within the Province of N.W.F.P.
No. F. 48 (7)/80-AII (C).--In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the
Modaraba Companies and Modaraba (Floatation and Control) Ordinance, 1980 (XXXI of 1980)
and in continuation of this Divisions Notification No. F. 48 (7)/80-AII, dated the
18th June, 1997, the Federal Government is pleased to constitute a Modaraba Tribunal, for
a further period of three years, consisting of the Judge, Banking Court-II, Lahore, to try
all class of cases under the said Ordinance within the Province of the Punjab.
