S.R.O. 778(I)/99.--
In pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 296 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984, the
Federal Government has been pleased to constitute and set up a Task Force to be called
"Task Force for Revival of Sick Industrial Units" for the purposes of the said
section 296 and to draw plans for the rehabilitation, reconstruction and reorganization of
companies owning sick industrial units.
2. The constitution of the Task Force shall be as under:--

| (7) Mian Mohammad Mansha, President MCB | Member |
| (8) Mr. Mohammad Mian Soomro, President NBP | Member |
| (9) Mr. Zubr Soomro, President UBL | Member |
| (10) Mr. Muhammad Bilal Sheikh Chairman NDFC | Member |
| (11) Mr. Muhammad Ali Khoja, M.D., PICIC | Member |
3. The Secretariat of the Task
Force shall be located in the Head Office of the Habib Bank Limited, Karachi.
4. The Task Force shall consider the cases referred by the Committee constituted by the
State Bank of Pakistan vide their letter No. BPRD (RU-25)/9863/99, dated 4th June, 1999
henceforth to be called "Bankers Committee".
5. All expenditure of the Task Force shall be jointly borne by the Banks and financial
institutions represented on the Bankers' Committee.
